The Halder Supercraft non-rebounding, dead blow hammer virtually eliminate bounce back and vibration, making this a very worker friendly tool. Its high quality construction includes a completely welded and sealed canister filled with steel shot. This steel shot absorbs the energy when struck. The Supercraft features extremely durable nylon face inserts that allow for a powerful strike yet will not leave marks. These faces can be replaced when worn out, making this an extremely long lasting tool. This is an industrial grade dead blow hammer. This hammer was originally designed to hit steel as a replacement to those using brass, bronze, lead, and steel hammers in industrial settings. It will not mushroom, or produce dangerous shrapnel making this a much safer alternative to traditional steel hammers. There is also no way that the steel shot can escape the welded steel housing which is a constant concern with normal polyurethane covered dead blow hammers. The nylon is very strong and will not crack. Small sizes are great for assembly, leather and craftwork, metalworking. The larger size SuperIt is perfect for hitting steel tooling, pins, concrete forms and stakes, equipment, or anything that you need to hit hard. These hammers come in sizes between 9oz up to 20lb.
